Helping with the Cleaning & More

Here I am helping my mom vaccum...I love it! And here is an updated photo of me about 2 weeks ago...I am growing...and growing. I love to eat!!! And am now in the 95th percentile of height and weight. Wow!!

Visit to Zoo & Jumping on the Bed

Here was my second visit to a zoo. The first was the woodland park zoo in seattle, but I was only a few months old and don't remember anything. The second was a few weekends ago in Santiago when we went to a small zoo in Santiago. I walked everywhere and loved seeing the animals.

One of my favorite activities is jumping anywhere I can! Especially on the bed. Here I am jumping on the guest bed in my flame van shoes and pjs watching sesame street! I could not be happier!

Look Who's Talking

Sebastian has started to talk. And new vocabulary is here each day. So far my favorite words have been: pinecone, barney, pool, sky, monkey and puppy. The english is flowing after our visit to the US, and little spanish words are starting to creep in. His accents are perfect with each language. Its been a cool experiment so far! We are back in Santiago after wonderful summer vacations in the US visiting all the family and its good to be back to papa! Sebastian said papa and jumped into Gonzalo's arms in the airport. Its the end of winter here, which is a nice break from the endless summer we have had. More updates coming soon...

Yippee! We are in Kirkland enjoying the beautiful days of summer with the cousins. Sebastian is very happy!

Horsing Around

Papa took Sebastian to see the horses at our club, Santa Martina. When I get older, I hope to take riding lessons here. Mom needs some riding lessons too!

Mama & Papa

Ok, so here is a photo of my mama & papa when they went to their friends wedding and stayed out until 5am! they had the best time and danced all night long! My grandma Chana stayed with me that night and thank god she also woke up with me at 7am!

New Look

I got my first haircut - and a new attitude....! I cried through the whole haircut and they took a lot off. My new do is shorter and now I am acting independent, and getting into everything I possibly can. I love to counter surf and get into toilet paper, garbage cans, and cabinets. But my favorite thing still remains playing with any kind of ball - golf, soccer, beach, you name it. As you can see from these photos, my other favorite pastime is playing in the nude on mama & papa's bed.

Happy Birthday to Me!

My first bday was a nice day. I opened cards and presents from far away family and at night, we had celebrated with my chilean family. I dug my hands into the dulce de leche cake when it was put in front of me and got a little scared when they sang to me "Feliz Cumpleanos!".

First Party

Last saturday I attended my first official birthday part of my 3 good friends - Aussie's Harley and Benji and my brit bud Frazer. I had a blast and loved the dulce de leche cake too. I am looking forward to my upcoming fiesta!

Summer Fun!

We had a wonderful month in January. Lots of visitors - Jack, Nana, Katie & Claire all came to Chile and we showed them Santiago and spent 2 weeks in a house in Cachagua. The weather was great...beach, pool, sun & fun. During that time, I grew a TON...my hair got longer, and finally at 10 months, I started to crawl (i learned a few things from cousin Claire!). And now I can say ma-ma and hola!

Christmas 2008

Christmas 2008 was fun times. Chilean style! We celebrated the 24th at Aunt Constanza's house with her family and on the 25th we opened presents at home underneath our purple decorated christmas tree. Every year mom changes the color of the decoration. Sancho, Constanza and Jorge's dog debuted a santa outfit and was quited tuckered out by the end of the night, as we all were.

Mi Padrino

Here I am hanging out with my godfather Alvaro, and his kids Carmen and Francisca. I have really warmed up to Alvaro...I used to be scared and cried every time he held me. I also love to swim in my boat, here is a photo of me in my boat.
