My first Horse Ride!

We went to the Cristian & Jimena's farm house last weekend and had a wonderful time. I got to ride a horse all by myself! (almost) Here's some photos of our weekend. I fell asleep in the carriage ride.

Visiting Santa Claus

Here was my first trip to meet Santa, i went to his house and I sat on his lap....and didn't cry, just looked around.

After that we went to the park and I played with my friends and we took a family photo. Happy Holidays! Hope your December is going well.

One little monkey on the bed

This little monkey is getting too big to be on the bed....I'm starting to move, but not crawl just yet, but it should be any day now!

The day before I got sick...I had a ball!

These photos were taken the day before I got sick. I had a great time playing all day at home and at the park. Then all of a sudden....I crashed!!! HARD! It was terrible, I was sick for about 2 weeks with a terrible virus and am so happy to finally be better. My parents are happy too because now they can sleep!

By the way, in this photo above of me in the swing at the park, I look IDENTICAL to my papa when he was a baby. I am starting to look more and more like him everyday, especially my chubby cheeks!

Good Morning! Good Morning! How are you this morning?

I played with Papa this morning on the couch and I looked especially cute with my red penguin pj's and matching hat, thanks Jack & Nana.

My first Octoberfest!!!

Last Sunday we went to an Octoberfest german style in Chile about an hour away in a small town. It was very hot but we survived with some artesanal beers. Cheers!

Lil Swimmer

Papa took me swimming for the first time ever and I LOVED it! I am a little fish and kick my legs and have a perma smile. This link is to a video that shows me swimming:

Swingin at the Park!

Everyday we go to the park and I LOVE to swing and look around at all the bigger kids. I also love to go down the slide but the swing is my favorite.

Sitting Pretty

Here's a photo from yesterday that Gonzalo took of Sebastian. He is drooling a TON and is almost sitting up on his own. He is babbling a ton as well and smiles and laughs a lot. He's not crawling yet, but continues to get stronger on his tummy. He's eating all his food every day and is very heavy to carry. My arms are gonna be toned!!

Sebastian started eating veggies this week and surprise surprise, he loves them and eats everything!

Early Spring Walks

Here's a photo of Sebastian on one of our daily walks all bundled up because we are still transitioning into Spring. He gets excited for the walks and smiles and laughs when I put him into his stroller. He sings in his stroller on the walks and we go to Plaza Peru, the local park and he looks at all the big kids playing. He has been down the slide so far of course, with assistance and loved it!

New crib

Sebastian has finally taken the leap from his bassinett in our room, to his own crib in his room. This beautiful crib was a gift from Tio Flaco, Gonzalo's godfather. Sebastian seems to like it and slept 8 hours the first night in it.

Rice Cereal

Sebastian started to eat rice cereal last week and will start eating meats and veggies next week. He loves solid food! He's a hungry boy! His cousin Claire also started eating rice cereal and here is a photo of her eating!

This was a fun spring weekend. On saturday we went to the park and Sebastian tried on Papa's sunglasses. He looked cool! Here are some pics.

Baptized!

We had Sebastian's baptism yesterday. It was a very private ceremony, as he was the only child being baptized. Most of Gonzalo's close family came. The priest was very nice and did a very nice ceremony. Sebastian didn't cry at all and just looked around the whole time. He was exhausted afterward and passed out! We missed Katie, Sebastian's godmother. Chana (gonzalo's mom) stood in for katie. After the ceremony, they called Sebastian "little saint".

We miss summer!

We miss Claire and our other cousins and family, and the summer fun we had.

Rainy Day

Today was a bit cooler and rainy, so we are mostly staying inside but we went out briefly for a walk and to meet our friend Joanna's baby, Olivia. Its sweater weather still...
